To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all participants must comply with the following guidelines:
1. Health & Physical Condition Requirements
- Medical Restrictions: Participation is not permitted for guests with heart conditions, pre-existing neck, back, or knee injuries, or chronic respiratory illnesses.
- Medication: Guests taking medications that include warnings regarding possible physical or mental impairment are not permitted to participate.
- Physical Abilities: Participants must have full mobility and be competent swimmers.
- Pregnancy: For safety reasons, this activity is not recommended for pregnant women.
2. Age & Weight Limits
- Minimum Age: This excursion is exclusively for adults (18 years of age and older).
- Maximum Weight: The maximum weight limit for water slides and other recreational activities is 250 lbs (113 kg).
3. Water Safety Guidelines
- Life Jackets: The use of a life jacket is mandatory during all snorkeling and paddleboarding activities.
- Alcohol Consumption: For safety reasons, alcoholic beverages must not be consumed before participating in any water activities.
4. Environmental & Equipment Policies
- Sun Protection: To help preserve the marine ecosystem, only eco-friendly (biodegradable) sunscreen and tanning products are permitted.
- Electronic Devices: Cameras and mobile phones are allowed on the premises and may be used at the guest's own risk.
- Food & Beverages: Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
Operating Days Monday through Saturday. Sunday operations are available only on cruise ship arrival days.
